Dear comrades,
now is the hour when we march out to meet our enemies once again. It will not be the first time we waged war against them, and it will certainly not be the last. An endless war that has dragged on for years. We continue though for i firmly believe that our people will eventually prevail against darkness. I hereby, as the General Secretary of the Soviet Union, Leader of the Communist Party and Commisar for War, declare war on the United States of America. We shall mobilise all our troops to root out the evil in this land. In the course of the next three weeks, there shall be intense rearmanent, recruitment and production of every man, every tank, every ship, plane across the country. Smoke shall rise from the factories of the Urals, parades shall be seen on the streets of Moscow, tanks shall roll in from the Trans Siberian Railway. In this war, we will prove to the world that communism is the only system that will govern this world. I therefore sincerely urge my fellow Comrades to instil war time discipline, and to play an active role in our war effort. I have drafted four regiments that will be directly under my personal command. They will consist of the best men in our motherland. Comrade Vashilev and Comrade Rosovsky will be my direct deputies. Three invasions, Vashilev via Alaska, Rosovsky via the Artic and i will personally oversee the invasion via the North Atlantic Ocean. There will be no daylight for the collaboraters of capitalism. Mankind will witness the greatest struggle ever on this planet. They will recognise the power, strength and determination of my fellow comrades. I appeal too also to my fellow communists of the world, rise up against your government if they are not communist! The Comintern is ready to provide assistance. For Hu, Castro,Kim and the other communist leaders, prepare your arsenals and your men, it will be a worker's paradise, a communist utopia!
